A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and store rewards.
Q. When will my order be processed?
A. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Monday-Friday. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Q. How do I know if my order is shipped?
A. When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order is processed and ready to be shipped you will receive a second email notifying you the order has been processed and shipped.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship internationally. The pricing on our site is in CAD Dollars. Please see our currency convertor located at the top right of our website to change the currency on the site.
Q. How can I proceed with a refund/exchange?
A. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the reason for return or exchange.
Our policy lasts 14 days of you receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Q. What if my credit card is declined?
A. If your payment is declined, there will be an option available to enter a new card number to complete your purchase.
